You don’t need to be an expert in meditation to use iMind Sphere. You can improve your live simply by connecting a headset and using this product regularly.

HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT WORKS?

There are five types of waveform in our brain: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Theta. The level of activity in the brain is governed by the speed of the waves it generates. Delta waves are slower and occur when you are asleep, while gamma waves are faster and do occur when you do mental efforts.

iMind Sphere uses binaural tones that are combined with soft music and sounds of nature. Listening to these tones causes the brain to work at the desired speed.
